"I couldn’t speak more highly of the environment and the people (guests and employees alike). HotWorx has contributed greatly to my fitness journey. 160lbs to 125lbs. The owners are incredibly kind and more involved than any owner I’ve seen at any other location. The facility is a great size (bigger than most locations). The infrared saunas are everything. They contribute to your Wellness so significantly. Even if you’re not working hard in your session, you’ll still leave feeling cleansed. I’ve recovered from a few hangovers in those saunas. WE LISTEN AND DON’T JUDGE. :) I hardly ever get sick and I attribute that to infrared on a regular basis. I’ve read some reviews below, and I would encourage you to not let them discourage your decision to join. Yes there is a cancellation fee (this is standard practice) And yes you have to buy and use the HotWorx mat and towel. It’s for your own safety. Read your contract and follow the rules. "I went to HOTWORX to check out their facility because I saw few videos online and it caught my attention. I tried 30 min workout and 10 min stretching in infrared sauna and set temperature for 120 degrees. It was something I never tried before. I liked it. My body became warmer and stretching was very pleasant. Next time when I come, I will bring gallon of alkaline water with me. They also have cycle classes I am interested in taken and class with bands. Caitlin Hodge showed me the facility and gave me nice detailed tour. Thanks for your professionalism, patience and friendliness. When I was ready to go home, I bounced few minutes on the bouncing station. It was fun. At the moment, they are offering first complimentary class. I would highly recommend this place for those whose goal to weight loss, detoxification , pain relief, improving circulation and stress reduction. It's open 24 hours and they have affordable membership prices."

"Always a clean and safe place to work out. I love that it offers infrared saunas with video classes, and I can control the temperature. Plus, it's a nice free weight area with a few cross-training things."
