"An amazing hotel. The pyramid atmosphere was mind-blowing. I booked a room in the pyramid. They have a Titanic museum and a Play playground. My first hotel in the Strip, and it's near the airport. They have a great selection of foods, souvenirs, and lots of casino machines (I don't gamble, ever). Considering its expansive space, it's easy to get lost for first-timers. They have walking passages, and trams, that connects between Excalibur and Mandalay Bay. In between, you'll find more shopping places and dining options. Perfect for those who love shopping and just wanna walk around indoors. They have kiosks for checking-in and out, but also staff that can help out. They ask for your passport for some reason. A very nice hotel with plenty to do, and a really nice design of an iconic hotel in Las Vegas. Surprisingly affordable. As with most hotels in Vegas, though, not recommended for children as they show ads for adult shows. It's called "Sin City" for a reason. For those wondering, it can take a week to get back your deposit fee chargeable upfront, after checking out."

"Overall, I had a very good stay at the Luxor. The hotel and casino staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my visit. Justin Prince, one of the managers, was the MVP of my stay. My original room had a view of a giant wall, but Justin was able to move me to a much nicer room overlooking the pool, which made a huge difference. Alice at the front desk was also excellent and quickly resolved an issue with missing food and beverage credits at checkout. The fitness center was well equipped, clean, and nicely maintained. A few negatives: several dining options were closed on weekdays, the casino allows smoking, and the Pyramid rooms are showing their age. Even with those drawbacks, the excellent service from Justin, Alice, and the rest of the staff made this a very positive experience."

"Absolutely huge hotel with great range of facilities. Rooms a really good size, clean and great air conditioning. Central cafe does great food with fantastic service. Only slight let down was the cost to hire a sunbed or cabana by the pool as they charge $200+ for the day with no option for a shorter hire period. No sunshade umbrellas available unless you're willing to pay the sunbed daily hire charge - not good when you have children with you and only want an hour or two by the pool and to be able to keep them safe out of the sun. Other than that, was an amazing place to stay."
