"Overall a good family hotel. Quite large and busy (August) but it had a nice friendly atmosphere and staff were excellent. A little out of the way however this was quite nice to be quieter, a short 10 min journey to the main attractions. View of the sphere from our pool side 4th floor room. Very clean but some parts of the room were tired, very comfortable beds and well equipped Kitchens. No regrets and very good value for money."
"We try to stay here yearly. The rooms are so spacious and beautiful, lots of parking, fine depth pool, arcade, and resturants. I have never used the spa since Im a single mom and never have childcare. The am crafts and other activities on the schdule were great! Lazy river is always cold. The rooms had a very dirty washer and dryer that needed maintaining along with the clogged dishwasher. Otherwise...everything was amazing. We ate dinner on our back balcony, and enjoyed being able to cook in our room and stock it with groceries. We were able to spend much more $$ on activities than food...which, when the kids get older, will probably value that type of trip. We did try a few places just not 3 meals/day. Staff has always been kind bit cpuld be more helpful and I truly appreciate them. Overall, we love this place, the location, and how tropical ot feels. We look forward to it year round."
"We had a wonderful stay! Our home is under construction and it was great to do a staycation with the kids away from all the drilling and banging. Check in was smooth and quick. We had the Junior Suite and it was amazing. Clean, smelled good, and when I did my own wipe down of the room to disinfect there was no dirt on my wipe, so WINNING! My main concern was that the front desk clerk said my room number out loud when handing me my keys with a man standing next to me. I was uncomfortable because I was alone with my kids and knowing where we're staying is a safety risk. The only other minor gripe is that they don't waive resort fees for locals. For a one night stay, I felt that it should have been waived. All in all, my kids loved it and slept in the king sized bed. I took the sofa bed in the living room which was comfy. There is a kitchen with a full refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, all plates and utensils and a microwave. I would stay again!"
