Vertex Realty & Property Management

"I cannot thank Vertex Realty & Property Management enough for their incredible responsiveness and professionalism! Late last night, we discovered an urgent water leak issue at my rental property (as you can see from the before photo in IMG_0974.jpg). I reached out for help, and Jen was absolutely amazing. She coordinated everything immediately and sent a technician to my property. The technician arrived quickly, found the leak beneath the pavers, and got right to work (as shown in 4646.jpg). They fixed the issue completely and left the area completely clean and restored (4653.jpg). As a property owner, having a team like Vertex and someone as helpful as Jen to rely on during a late-night emergency is invaluable. Highly recommend their property management services!"

"I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. I rented from Vertex Realty from 2025–2026 and had a great experience the entire time. We truly had no complaints. Anytime we had an issue with the home, they were very responsive and usually had someone come out the same day to take care of it. The girl who answers the phone was always friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. It made the whole process smooth whenever we needed anything. We moved out in March 2026 and received our full security deposit back within the 30 days stated in the contract, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely rent from — or even consider buying through — this company again."

"I would love to shout out Jenny at Vertex Realty and the entire team. My maintenance requests are responded to immediately, and they go above and beyond to make sure I am happy. I am extremely grateful to have such a lovely home, and I plan to stay here a while! Thank you for everything!"
