The Charleston Tavern

"Ok, I'm sure the regulars did not appreciate me being there, but I was invited by a bartender from a different bar. I came for the Jukebox, I wanted to dance. It was my first visit there and didn't know it was more of a heavy metal type bar. I'm an 80s pop girl. Lol Sooo I loaded the Jukebox with my songs and danced by myself. The bartender was friendly and made me a very strong, very inexpensive drink. My friend gave me a curfew, so we didn't stay long. I'm sure the music went back to heavy metal the second I left. Haha Thanks for letting this oddball old lady hang out. :)"

"After a quick day of thrift shopping with my sister, I searched out a sports bar to watch the Thursday Night Niners/Rams game. The Charleston popped up less than a half mile away, so off we went. Went in and saw baseball playing, so asked the bartender if he was going to put on the game, and he was. It was happy hour drink time, so I started with the Coffee drink (can't remember name), but it was good, so that was it. Watched the game, had a nice, cool crowd, with a pub Crawl showing up later. They do serve pizza, which another patron offered my sister and I, and it was pretty good. Did tell the bartender that I searched sports bar, and his place popped up, but he was adamant it was a dive bar, so it was a great dive bar."

"Went for an event with Spin City / Cupa Dukes...great neighborhood bar. Couple pool tables. Bar service on point. Food? Idk? Maybe? If you're near it, check it out, great spot."
