Super Service Cooling, Heating & Plumbing

"From start to finish, Super Service absolutely earned a 5-star review for our recent A/C compressor repair. Lorenzo came out first and did a very thorough inspection, even taking apart the entire A/C unit and testing each component to make sure everything was functioning properly before giving us his diagnosis. He then clearly broke down what needed to be repaired and how much it would cost, and his transparency and honest communication made us feel completely comfortable moving forward with the work. Kyle and Tevin handled the actual compressor repair and were just as impressive. They arrived on time, were professional and respectful in our home, and kept us informed throughout the entire process so we always knew what was happening. Even better, they were able to fully repair the unit the same day, and our A/C is now running great. Before they left, they made sure to answer all of our questions and confirm everything was working properly. They even offered to take out our trash. We’re very glad we chose Super Service and would happily recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC service. If you’re looking for reliable, professional same-day help with your heating or cooling, Super Service is a team you can feel good about trusting."

"Super Service was great! We feel very lucky that we found them and decided to call them when our AC went out. Our technician, Ranier, and installer, Harland, both did a really great job. The new unit they got us is clearly so much better quality than the old one we replaced. They helped us find the best way to pay for it they didn’t break our bank as well. Thank you guys!"

"Our entire experience with Super Service Cooling, Heating & Plumbing was great. One of our AC units stopped working yesterday afternoon. I called early this morning, and Dabari was able to schedule us in for the same day. Lorenzo arrived on time and was wonderful. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us. We appreciated his and Raul's transparency and willingness to work with us. In the end, Lorenzo was able to fix our AC and we signed up for their maintenance membership, which almost paid for itself with today's visit. We're very pleased to have found such a great company we can turn to for our AC, heating and plumbing needs."
