Grocery Outlet

"My first visit here was about two months ago, and I've been a loyal customer ever since. I shop here 3–4 times a week because you simply can't beat the prices compared to regular grocery stores. As a family of five, shopping here has helped us save a lot of money. On top of that, every employee I've interacted with has always been kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, my most recent visit completely changed my experience. The cashier, Gina, had checked me out on previous visits without any issues, but this time was very different. I felt that my family and I were racially profiled, and her attitude and customer service were completely inappropriate. The interaction was so upsetting that I felt it was necessary to file a complaint with both the manager and the owner. What made the situation even more disappointing was that it all happened in front of my children. It was unnecessary, disrespectful, and left a lasting impression on our family. Because of this experience, I've been hesitant to return, despite being such a frequent customer. I sincerely hope the owner addresses this situation so that no other family has to experience what we did. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness when they shop."

"Honestly is one of the best and affordable grocery stores in town, their selection is good a lot of different rare items mostly regional sourced something i like. Feels cozy inside and they have an app so you can use their coupons and see the latest offers. Another good thing is they show the difference between their prices vs the others, not to mention the friendly staff working there. My to go place each week for groceries"

"We went here today for shopping and just to check it out... I grew up around these stores and I remember them being great, we were really excited today we found some fantastic deals, also, we found Northern California sourdough.... Sammy's.... They had it's it ice cream sandwiches..... So delicious! Such a cool store!, Most of the prices were very fair or cheap, some were a little high"
