Katherine Mae Clemmons

"Working with Katherine MaeClemons as the listing agent in this transaction was a great experience. As the buyer’s agent, I truly appreciated her professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to collaborate to ensure a smooth process for both parties. We faced some unexpected challenges with financing, which required extensions, but Katherine and her team remained communicative and solution-oriented throughout the process. They even connected me with their mortgage lender, which was instrumental in successfully closing the deal. It’s always a pleasure working with professionals who prioritize teamwork and a successful outcome for all. Thank you, Katherine and team, for your support!"

"Our previous agent told us that we wouldn't be able to get a house in Summerlin or a new build. Katherine made both of those things happen within a week. Even after our home purchase, she continued to help us with recommendations of outstanding electricians, plumbers, etc in Las Vegas. Her knowledge, communication, experience, enthusiasm, and honesty make her the best real estate agent in the area. She treats you like family and really cares about finding your dream home."

"I'm so glad I chose Kate to work with on my real estate transaction--she assisted me with listing and selling my home when I got a new job out of state. She and her fantastic team were always incredibly responsive, she always went above and beyond to make sure everything possible was getting done to make my home appealing to buyers, and she consistently gave fantastic advice and support through the entire process. I couldn't be happier that she and her team were the ones that assisted me through the process of selling my home, and I'm so glad that Kate was there to support me through the (sometimes really stressful!) process. I can't recommend Kate and her team enough!"
