Tom and Serena Heuser

"We had an amazing experience working with Serena Heuser! She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and truly understood what we were looking for. We originally planned to purchase in Summerlin, but after exploring the area, we completely fell in love with the vibe and lifestyle in Lake Las Vegas. When a home we were interested in suddenly hit the market, Serena immediately drove all the way out there and FaceTimed us through the entire home tour so we could view the property without having to travel to Vegas ourselves. Her dedication and sense of urgency made all the difference. She helped us put together a strong, aggressive offer that ultimately got accepted by the builder. Serena was strategic, supportive, and always had our best interests in mind throughout the process. She negotiated a terrific deal that really benefited us as buyers. We were initially hesitant about involving a realtor when purchasing new construction, but Serena proved how valuable having the right realtor can be. She helped advocate for us, guided us through the process, and made sure everything stayed on track for a smooth closing experience. We’re so grateful for her guidance and would absolutely recommend Serena to anyone looking to buy a home in the Las Vegas area!"

"I’ve worked with Serena twice now, first when she helped me buy a new build in 2019, and again this year when purchasing another home. Both experiences were amazing. Serena guided me through every step of the process and was incredibly patient, even when I was feeling indecisive. She truly listened to what we wanted and was able to find a home that checked everything on our wishlist. Her knowledge, responsiveness, and dedication made the entire experience so much easier and less stressful. I would absolutely recommend Serena to anyone looking to buy a home!"

"Serena Heuser was an outstanding realtor to work with over the course of our five-month search. She consistently focused on the specific types of properties we were interested in, while also layering in her own expertise and perspective of Summerlin in a way that was incredibly valuable. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me through the entire process. At one point, she even saved me from moving forward on a property that wasn’t the right fit—pointing out issues we hadn’t noticed but that could have become serious problems later. Ultimately we bought the perfect place in Reverence, Summerlin West, a place she was very familiar with. Throughout the experience, we always felt supported and in good hands. Serena’s combination of attentiveness, insight, and dedication really set her apart. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking real estate agent!"
